Hello and welcome to The Genius Project. I am so glad you stopped by. My name is Karen Doyle and I am so excited to share The Genius Project with you.  This exciting new initiative is dedicated to resourcing and supporting you to discover your unique gifts, skills and aspirations. It’s about bringing those gifts to life in an abundant way for the Church, the culture, your family and community.

The Genius Project equips women with the practical business tools, leadership and life skills to bring their ideas and vision to life.

Over the years I have been approached by so many  women, all asking a similar question; ‘How did you do it? How did you get here? How did you find your thing?’  Honestly, I wish there had been something like The Genius Project when I was starting out.

After catching up one-on-one and walking with countless women in a mentoring role over the years I decided to bring it all together in one place. The Genius Project combines simple to navigate online courses, mentoring and networking so every Catholic woman can  put their gifts and skills, ideas and passions into action.
